About the project

ElektroLink is a collaborative initiative between OpenTech, Bron Innovation, and Linköping Science Park – IoT World, designed to support Swedish electronics SMEs in expanding internationally and engaging with Europe’s innovation ecosystems.

We are now inviting Swedish electronics SMEs to join us at EBSCON 2026, taking place in Graz, Austria, on October 6-9, 2026. Travel grants are available to selected companies.

Project Outcomes

To date, the project has supported 35 Swedish SMEs in exploring new markets, building partnerships, and strengthening their position within the European electronics and semiconductor ecosystem. They have participated in coordinated delegations to leading European industry events, including:

• Silicon Saxony Day (Dresden, Germany)
• EBSCON (Graz, Austria)
• EFECS (Malta)
• Minalogic Business Meetings (Grenoble, France)

These activities have provided companies with access to international business meetings, study visits, and networking, as well as financial and strategic support to strengthen readiness for international expansion. The participating companies have also gained insights into European innovation ecosystems, funding opportunities, and collaboration frameworks.

The project has contributed to reinforcing Sweden’s role in Europe’s electronics sector and fostering long-term collaboration across borders.
