Through the ElektroLink project, Swedish small and medium-sized enterprises have a unique chance to take part in EBSCON 2025 – the leading annual event for the European semiconductor and electronics industry – a one-day conference and hybrid networking event focused on electronic and software-based systems, taking place on October 8 at Congress Graz in Austria.

Why EBSCON?

EBSCON is Austria’s leading conference for electronic and software-based systems, organized by the Silicon Alps Cluster in the heart of the Silicon Alps region, spanning the federal states of Styria and Carinthia. It brings together over 130 partners, including leading companies, R&D institutes, and cluster organizations, to drive Europe’s digital and green transitions in electronics and semiconductors.

With a strong ecosystem of integrated device manufacturers (IDMs), equipment suppliers, niche players, and research institutions – employing around 30,000 people in Austria and generating over €15 billion in revenue – the Silicon Alps region is a key hub for microelectronics, embedded systems, and smart industry.

Evening:
• Dinner at Castle Landskron, Villach – hosted by Photonics Austria Association
• Overnight stay in Villach

10 October 2025 – Company Visits, Carinthia

Site visits (2–3 depending on departure schedules):

• LAM Research
• Silicon Austria Labs
Afternoon:
• Return to Graz Airport for participant departures
