Seminar 2: The challenges of hiring international talent

Date: Wednesday 23 April

What is essential to know when recruiting international expertise within EU and outside the EU? What kind of support exists to facilitate the recruitment? This seminar will cover areas such as the immigration process, relocation, recruitment planning, and extensions of residence and work permits. This seminar targets Hiring Managers, HR, and personnel responsible for recruiting.

Seminar 3: Inclusive Talent Management

Date: Monday 5 May
Time: 13:00-15:30 (Two-hour seminar with 30 minutes mingle)

This seminar will look at the factors that are important in attracting international expertise, e.g., how language and culture play a part in attracting and onboarding internationals.
